JOB SCOPE:

• Professionally Interact with Astro customers via WhatsApp to provide information and assistance
• Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets
• Cross-selling of all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualification - SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years working experience in customer service. Diploma with 6 months working experience in customer service. Fresh graduate with Degree are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in live chat customer service roles is desirable.

Working Location : Plaza Sentral, KL sentral

Working Hours ~ Rotational Shift Monday - Sunday (2 days off)

Current shift: 8am to 5pm , 12pm to 9pm (rotational)

Salary Package

• Basic up to RM2800 + RNR RM200

* Terms and conditions applies * your salary will be paid RM 1,800 during probation.

Upon confirmation of your employment you will get an additional confirmation bonus of RM3, 500 (full amount) and basic salary will kick off full amount based on approval

• Rewards and Recognition Allowance of RM200 (not fixed, based on KPI)
